Made at Fromagerie Les Martel, Bleuchâtel is the brainchild of owner Didier Germain. Also known as ‘Swiss Blue’, it is a benchmark in the closed circle of top-of-the-range blue-veined cheeses.
Bleuchâtel is a noble-blooded cheese with a tender heart. Its fine blue colour, smooth and creamy, makes it a real delight with a strong yet refined character.
