A LONG HISTORY
Founded in 1886 in the Auberson by Jules Margot, the society Margot Fromages never stopped evolving, generations after generations.
Actually located at Yverdon-Les-Bains, Margot Fromages is refining more than
3000 tons of cheese every year.
With an ever-increasing demand for Swiss AOP and artisinal cheeses, Margot Fromages is exporting its products on every continents and is known now far beyond our frontiers.
The head of this society is currently composed of two brothers
— Gilles and Anthony Margot — of the long line of family always
at the head of that society.
